Pastor Keith is the husband to Kimberly, they have been married for 28 years. He is father to Isaac, the coolest son every. His experience includes pastoring, mission work, and being an entrepreneur.
Keith is passionate about Jesus and His mission to the world. Through teaching and mentoring, his goal to grow relationships, desiring to see people saved, discipled and empowered. Keith is always open to great conversation and coffee.
Deacon/Grow Group Team Leader
David and his wife, Verna, joined NFM in February 2019.
As the Grow Group Leader, David is responsible for developing teams to create places where meaningful ministry of the church takes place as the church encourages, supports, trains, and challenges one another. David teaches and demonstrates the importance of bible learning, bible knowledge and bible application as the life changing tool that God has given us.
Todd and his wife, Regina, joined NFM in March 2017.
Deacon/Missions Team/Mowing Team Leader
David and his wife, Betty, joined NFM in October, 2004. They are a founding members of the church.
As the leader of the Missions Team, David creates an environment of excitement and opportunity within the congregation to spread the gospel message through witness and service in our circle of influence where we live, work, play, and travel. David facilitates with his team to create a plan for mission service opportunities for all ages and all stages of faith.
As the leader of the Mowing Team, David works with his team to maintain the church grounds and equipment.
Praise Team Leader
Sean joined NFM in January 2005.
As the Praise Team Leader, Sean creates an atmosphere of worship, celebration and reverence through music for all worship services. Sean and his praise team foster and develop a blended style of music to prepare the congregation's spirit for worship.
Children's Department/Personnel Team Leader
Ruth and her husband, John, joined NFM in October, 2004. They are a founding members of the church.
As the Children's Department Team Leader, Ruth is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordinating and implementation of a program to teach and train children from ages 3 years old through fifth grade in the basic knowledge of the Bible.
As the leader of the Personnel Team, Ruth facilitates an environment where church members are free to create the basic objectives of each NFM personnel member.
Budget Team Leader/Treasurer
Ron and his wife Carolyn joined NFM in October, 2004. They are a founding members of the church.
As the Budget Team Leader, Ron is responsible for preparing and submitting a church budget on an annual basis. Ron does this from the input of other church leaders and his budget team.
As Treasurer, Ron is responsible for the proper receipts, accounting, and disbursement of all church funds. Ron reports on the church finances at every business meeting to make sure the church members are in good understanding of the church finances.
Nathan joined NFM in January 2020.
As the leader of the Safety Team, Nathan leads his team in ensuring all church property is guarded against fire, theft, vandalism and possible threats.
As the leader of the Properties Team, Nathan ensures the church properties are maintain in a clean usuable and safe condition. Nathan also watches for ways to make the facilities more energy efficient.
Women on Mission/Nominating Team Leader
Laura and her husband, Jack, joined NFM in October, 2004. They are a founding members of the church.
Laura serves as the leader for the church nominating team responsible for recommending and providing qualified individuals to serve in various volunteer positions in the church, to fulfill the mission statement of our church and ministering to the church body and the community through various programs of ministry.
Hospitality Team/Counting Team Leader
John and his wife, Ruth, joined NFM in October, 2004. They are a founding members of the church.
As the leader of the Hospitality Team, John trains and supervise kitchen staff members, He also oversees the scheduling, menu selection for Sunday morning fellowship, purchase all necessary supplies, oversees all serving and clean up involoved in the food services of the church.
As the leader of the Counting Team, John manges the collection and accounting of monies collected during services at church.
Sherry and her husband, James "Bud", joined NFM in January 2005.
As the Nursery Leader, Sherry is to ensure the happiness and safety of each nursery child and worker, while maintaining a loving and learning environment. To ensure a smooth transition from the Nursery to the Children's Department, Sherry also serves on the Children's Team.
As the leader of the By-Laws Team, Sherry ensures the by-laws are reviewed annually to ensure the ministry desires are expressed correctly in the written by-laws of the church.
